My name is Priya.

I came on this earth 18 years ago. I  have given my 12th board and now I am waiting for the results. I am from Patna. I was in Patna college. I was studying arts and my subjects were Logic, Psychology and Mathematics. 

I gave my 10th board exams in year 2001 and I secured 75.2%. I had my matriculation through Bihar Board.  I used to study in Mount Carmel High School. 

I am the only child of my parents. But, I live in a joint family and have a lot of loving cousins which never made me feel alone. My birthday is on 1^st September.

I have been very active in my school and college. I was the Art Minister in Std 5th. I was the class leader when I was in  Std 8th. And in Std 10th I was the ACTIVITY Minister of my school. Therefore, you can say that I can control people easily. Being the activity minister my job was to give speeches regularly. So, I can speak well too. I have even won 1st prize in speech competition  in district, division and state level. I got the Best Speaker award in regional level in 2000. My topic was "Strict family planning measures are the only key to control population". I was in against. I also won the 1st prize in a debate competition organized by Lion's Club in 2002. The topic was India- After 50 years.

I also love dancing, singing and painting. I've won many painting competition on school and state level. I've also given 2 yrs exams of dance and singing through Prayag Samiti.  

In my summer vacation I founded a youth club. It is called the JAPD- club for youth. JAPD is an acronym for Jonty, Aishwarya, Priya and Divya. I'm the president of the club. We organize quiz, dance and singing competitions, cricket matches and other activites.

I love little children and dogs scare me the most. You will be surprise to know that I am scared with my own dog. Though now I have started loving one of the dog, but the other one still scares me the most. My grandmother and my uncles pet the dog. In our house, there are three floors. My grandmother and my uncle's lives in the ground floor so I am scared to go downstairs also. There is also a dog in my aunt's house and I think twice before going there.

I am the life member of  Buddhiwadi Samaj and you will be glad to know that I am the youngest of all the members. Buddhiwadi Samaj is a rationalist organization that was founded 17 years ago by my mother and father. I became a member of this organization when I was 10 years old. Therefore, I am a rationalist and do not believe in god or ghost. However, I am fond of reading stories about ghosts. Because that gives me a good laugh  and I have a nice time reading those absurd stories. I also like to read detective stories. Sherlock Holmes and Nancy Drew are my favorites. In vacation my favorite time-pass in reading novels.

My favorite actor is Shahrukh Khan. And I don't like Hritik Roshan at all...but I think that KNPH was a nice movie and agree that Hritik is a good dancer. (though he has practiced only 4-5 steps in 3 months and do them all the time)  But  my favorite movies are DTPH, KKHH, DDLJ, MPK, Baby's Day Out, The Wedding Planner, My Best Friend's Wedding and so on.  I enjoy seeing movies and listening to songs. I am also fond of dancing. I watch Channel [V], MTV and B4U the most. The veejay I liked the most was Rahul Khanna but it is sad that now he has stopped veejaying and have started acting in films. I liked him in 1947-Earth and Hollywood Bollywood. The movie was really good. Just now I  don't have any favorite vjs.

My favorite time-pass is working on computer. My favorite subject is computer and I always secured marks above 90 in computer (100 most of the time). I am not trying praise myself. I was the favorite student of my computer teachers.

Now also after my 12th I think I'll chose Computers only. I'm planning to do BCA and then MCA. My youngest chacha is a computer genius and he's my idol.
